These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tfrheeda mobile application, website, and related booking services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, listing a property, or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. About Tfrheeda

Tfrheeda is an online marketplace that connects guests seeking accommodation or spaces with property owners and hosts ("Hosts") who list hotels, tourist villages, break stays, event venues, workspaces, and related properties across Libya.

Tfrheeda is not the owner, operator, or manager of listed properties. We provide technology, payment facilitation, and support tools. The accommodation or service contract is between the guest and the host, subject to these Terms and any listing-specific rules.

2. Eligibility

You must:

Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
Provide accurate registration information
Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law

Hosts must have legal authority to list and offer their property for booking.

3. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tfrheeda.ly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or pose a safety or fraud risk.

4. Guest Bookings

4.1 Making a Reservation

When you book through the Platform, you agree to:

Provide accurate guest details and contact information
Respect the property's house rules, capacity limits, and check-in/check-out times
Pay the total price shown at checkout, including applicable fees, taxes, discounts, and extra services

You may book for yourself or for another person ("Book for a Friend") after completing required phone verification (OTP).

4.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation notice in the app and the host accepts the reservation (where applicable). Availability shown in the calendar is subject to real-time updates.

4.3 Payments

Tfrheeda supports cash and online payment methods as displayed at checkout. Online payments are processed by third-party, PCI-compliant payment providers. Cash bookings may require completion of payment within the timeframe stated in the app.

All prices are displayed in Libyan Dinar (LYD) unless otherwise stated.

4.4 Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies are set by hosts and displayed before you confirm a booking. You may request cancellation through the app; certain requests require admin review and approval.

Refunds, if applicable, depend on the cancellation policy, payment method, responsible party, and admin decision. Refund details will be communicated within the app.

5. Host Responsibilities

If you list a property on Tfrheeda, you agree to:

Provide accurate descriptions, photos, amenities, location, pricing, and availability
Keep your calendar up to date, including blocked, grouped, and special-price dates
Honor confirmed bookings and communicate promptly with guests
Comply with local laws, licensing, tax, and safety requirements
Respond to booking requests and manage cancellations in good faith

Hosts must not discriminate against guests on prohibited grounds under applicable law.

6. Platform Fees & Host Wallet

Tfrheeda may charge service fees, commissions, or platform fees as disclosed in the app. Host earnings are tracked in the in-app wallet, net of applicable commissions and platform amounts due.

Withdrawal requests are subject to available balance, bank details verification, and processing timelines shown in the wallet section. Tfrheeda may withhold payouts where fraud, disputes, or policy violations are suspected.

7. Reviews & Content

Users may submit reviews and ratings after completed stays. Reviews must be honest, relevant, and free of offensive, defamatory, or misleading content.

By uploading photos, descriptions, or other content, you grant Tfrheeda a non-exclusive license to display and promote that content on the Platform. You represent that you own or have rights to all content you submit.

Tfrheeda may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. Communications

In-app messaging between hosts and guests must be used for booking-related communication. Harassment, spam, off-platform payment solicitation, or sharing of prohibited content is not allowed.

We may send service-related emails, SMS, WhatsApp OTP messages, and push notifications regarding bookings, account activity, and platform updates.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
Circumvent fees by completing bookings off-platform
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with Platform systems
Create fake listings, bookings, or reviews
Misuse location, payment, or identity verification features

10. Intellectual Property

The Tfrheeda name, logo, app design, and Platform technology are owned by Tfrheeda or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform materials without written permission.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Tfrheeda does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free calendars, or the accuracy of every listing. Hosts are solely responsible for the condition, safety, and legality of their properties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tfrheeda disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

Tfrheeda is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, a booking, or interactions with other users. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid to Tfrheeda for the booking giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred LYD (LYD 100), whichever is greater, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tfrheeda harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your listings, your bookings, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Dispute Resolution

We encourage users to contact support@tfrheeda.ly first to resolve disputes. Tfrheeda may assist with booking-related disputes but is not obligated to act as arbitrator between hosts and guests.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Libya, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

15. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or risk to users or the Platform. You may close your account by contacting support. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the app and at https://tfrheeda.ly/terms-and-conditions.html. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

17. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.
